Michelle Hamblin, PharmD, MBA, is a nationally recognized leader in hospice pharmacy and clinical innovation, bringing over 21 years of healthcare experience and 17 years as a licensed pharmacist to her role as Chief Clinical Officer at HospiceChoice Rx. Residency trained, she holds multiple certifications, including as a Multiple Sclerosis Specialist and ASHP Pain Management Certified, and has deep leadership roots in specialty pharmacy, infusion medicine, and pharmacy benefit management.
Throughout her career, Dr. Hamblin has championed quality care and operational improvement in critical care, ambulatory medicine, and specialty pharmacy operations, building strong vendor partnerships, guiding multidisciplinary teams, and developing clinical strategies that embody hospice pharmacy excellence. At HospiceChoice Rx, she leads a mission-driven culture focused on improving the end-of-life experience for patients and families through compassionate support, evidence-based tools, and seamless collaboration with hospice providers.
